Checklist: used up two dozen eggs - four in the matzah balls, one in the stuffing, nineteen currently hardcooking. One of these will be roasted so it turns dark brown.
When the stuffing is cooler, will start the turkey. Also need to make the charoset and the asparagus. Cooking the asparagus with a little oil and balsamic vinegar to serve cold. Will also steam carrots. Then - make the matzah balls (mix is currently chilling in the fridge). Heat the soup during the seder; keep the extra stuffing warm in the oven.
House is chometz free but messy.
