Writing poll

I'm rereading Sense and Sensibility and I got this idea. This all presupposes that the events of the novel proceed as written.

I wish you could edit polls. The fourth choice should be "Only if you write another where Elinor marries Co. Brandon." Present tense. Makes all the difference.

of course the question says 'another', but there's no reason it can't be the same one, is there?

Yeah, actually.

To make the make the first one work, I have to (sniff) killed Col. Brandon.

ack! ack! then, i change my vote!

NO! You must not kill Col. Brandon. He's my favourite character in the book!

You definitely may not kill Alan Rickman Col. Brandon. Much.

But but but ... I want to marry Col. Brandon!!!
