I went to the gym today. I managed 2 minutes on the elliptical before my thighs said, "No." I switched to the bike, went for a weightloss setting and stayed on for 15 minutes. It wanted me to go more slowly than I wanted to go - next time, I'll do a cardiac setting instead. Did two reps of eight on the circuit.

And that was it for the first time. Nice thing was, when I was getting ready to leave, someone I knew was also there and suggested that next week I join her in the body sculpting class - nice, slow stretch, she said. So, you know, I might. To follow with the bike and maybe the weights.
