Thank you

I am overwhelmed with the sympathy and love I'm feeling from your comments tonight. He was a wonderful, gentle man who played trumpet and taught music. I will miss him so much.

{{{hugs}}} May you be comforted.

I meant to post earlier but it brought back my own sadness over the deaths of my father and father-in-law, so when I say that I share your sorrow it's a fact, not an expression.

My other thought was that it's no bad thing for us to live in such a way ourselves that afterwards people will say that without us the world is a poorer place. For some, it comes naturally; for others it may require thoughtfulness, but either way it's the best thing anyone can say about someone.

*Extra hugs*

Baruch Dayan Emes. I'm really sorry to hear about this.

May his memory be a blessing.

John and I want to wish you and Jon our most sincere sympathies. I remember how Jon's love showed in his face when I asked about his family. He told me that his Dad was ill the last time that I saw him.

May all the kind deeds that his father did in his life also bring comfort to you both, and may you hear many stories of his father's past mitzvot as the days and months pass.

May Hashem comfort you among the mourners of Israel and Zion, and may Jon's father's name and memory be for a blessing.

I'm so sorry I missed the original post. Many good wishes to Jonathan and his family and of course to you.
